Customer Service I walked into McDonald in December 09, said the Rick, I want that Impala. It was a Nlack Impala 2005 and I still have it today. Called up Rick a few days ago, came in Saturday, I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. Because of his professionalism and courtesy, I came back. I also referred a friend several hours later, she called him, and now he's working with her. He has earned the title of Salesman of the Year. More
