Go in stressed, leave relieved I had to find a place for a new car since mine was circling the drain. He was on top of everything. He went through car after car, making sure that anything he was going to show me was exactly what I wanted and nothing he wouldn't put his own family in. He went above and beyond to keep in contact with me to make sure I knew exactly what was going on at all times. He worked with me and my situations and still managed to find me a vehicle that was cheap for me but looked like I drove off paying a lot. I love my car and will definitely be back to get an upgrade! Thrilled with the Customer Service We stopped at the dealership with the intention of test driving a vehicle. During the test drive, we decided this was the vehicle we wanted but actually did not intend to purchase, as we had 2 used vehicles that we wanted to sell ourselves before purchase. Grant made it possible for us to trade in both vehicles and still get the vehicle we wanted with a monthly payment that was in our budget. We are very impressed with the whole easy process.
