Happy Customer Purchased a 2010 SRX Cadillac in 2015 from this dealership. Had several repairs on the vehicle with cost totaling over $2500. Some repairs were cove Purchased a 2010 SRX Cadillac in 2015 from this dealership. Had several repairs on the vehicle with cost totaling over $2500. Some repairs were covered under the extented warranty purchased, but some cost were paid out of pocket. The manager gave me a call after my last repair and said they would be willing to work to see about getting me out of the SRX and into a newer or different vehicle. I was paired back with my original salesman. Rick worked very hard to get me out of the 2010 SRX (85,000 miles) and into a 2012 GMC Terrain (29,000 miles). I appreciate the time and energy Rick put into getting me out of the SRX and into the Terrain which still had factory warranty and very low miles.
