Long time repeat customer - new car sales and service. I have been a repeat customer for 20 years. My family and I have obtained 11 new vehicles, all from the same salesperson. We have always been treated honestly, fairly, and with respect. I always come away from the sales experience feeling that my salesperson did not sell me a new car, rather, he helped me buy a new car. This same atmosphere carries over into the service department as well. Routine maintenance and any repairs are accomplished promptly, fairly, and are done correctly the first time. Ialways feel that I am among friends - everybody is friendly and courteous. I have referred people to McDonalds in the past and will continue to do so. More

Henry knows his business and helped us with any answers we needed and after the sale was very, very helpful and kind to both of us. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car at McDonald's in Saginaw. We don't care for the younger, high-pressure salespeople who expect an immediate answer when you are shopping for a new car. Our 2014 Cadillac CTS cost a great deal of money and we want to take our time to be sure we get the car we want, not the car the high-pressure young salesperson wants to sell to us. More
