I recently retired and didn't need the newer car and finding a older vehicle that fit my needs and lowered my monthly payment was just right. The financing part and fees and taxes and so forth is always too fast and confusing at signing and wish that all extra costs were brought to light sooner, during the decision to purchase. This is something I have encountered at all dealers that I have purchased cars with and has nothing to do with this sales staff. Overall a good experience. More
