Brad Jeske was amazingly attentive, He asked what I wanted and listened!! He got me into a BRAND NEW vehicle within the budget that I gave him. It was amazing. I didn't feel pressured at all. I have purchased 3 vehicles in my life and this by far was the absolute best experience I have ever had. Odis worked very hard to get me financed where I needed to be as well in order for me to be able to pull off the lot with my dream vehicle. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THEM!! Best new vehicle shopping experience EVER!! This was the first time I had ever been to McDonald GMC Cadillac. I live 32 miles away and found them by searching on the internet. I was in a time crunch to purchase a new vehicle. I had a vacation scheduled at the time some incentive money was going to expire. Through the internet, I had a vehicle picked out and I had a plan in place to purchase it. I was going to McDonald GMC Cadillac first to see what their best deal was. The next day I planned on going to another dealership in another city to get their best deal. Then, the next day I was going to make up my mind and buy. I didn't need to go to the other dealership and bought at McDonald on my very first visit. Never have I had a more enjoyable experience while purchasing a vehicle. There was no high pressure of any kind. The transparency was incredible. I was shown the numbers, shown my price and shown the rebates. They appraised my trade-in and offered me a very fair price for it. They were even able to get me a lower interest rate on my loan. They showed me around the dealership and introduced me to the people that work in the other departments. Never have I had that happen before. It was truly a great experience. They have made me a customer for life. More
