Grant, Juan, and the rest of the McDonald team listened and understood my situation, were all extremely helpful and communicative, and actually found me a vehicle the same day! I called 12 dealers all the same day to see if anyone could help us to get into a 2015 gmc lease and the only person that helped us was Trent Hall at McDonald's Gmc in Saginaw, MI. He spent hours working on our behalf before we even entered the store. By the time negotiations were done, we got the perfect vehicle, the right price, and a great trade in value. Primarily we dealt with Henry Bujold and he was incredibly patient and helpful. We changed our minds a couple of times and he was most patient. We asked a lot of questions and he was able to answer most questions right away. If he didn't know the answer he found out and got back to us very quickly. We were purchasing a truck to pull a heavy trailer and had little experience with trucks or trailers. Henry was very helpful in knowing what we needed regarding packages and add-ons. He was very thorough and explained everything we needed to know in detail. We talked with another dealership before talking to Henry and they were not nearly as knowledgeable or helpful. They were pushy but did not inspire confidence. Henry, on the other hand, was knowledgeable and never pushy. He would make recommendations and the few times we opted for something different he explained his thoughts and then accepted our preferences. Henry worked very hard to help us find discounts. We were able to make our purchase at a reduced rate because of his advice. We have purchased one vehicle from McDonald in the past and, while we dealt with another sales person, we were treated quite well and the vehicle was perfect for us.
