Great Experience I had a bad experience at another car dealership earlier that day. As I was looking on line at other dealerships in the area, seeing what they had to I had a bad experience at another car dealership earlier that day. As I was looking on line at other dealerships in the area, seeing what they had to offer. I came across a Chevy Captiva Sport at McDonalds GMC used car lot. I gave them a call and decided that night to go over there and take a look at the Captiva. I was met by Randy Kropp at the door. He led us over to his desk. Ask me some questions. I asked him some questions about the vehicle. At no time was he ever pushy. He was a complete professional. He helped me with pricing. He gave me the opportunity to go to my credit union in the morning to try and get financing. Through the whole process I kept in touch with Randy to let him know I was financed with the credit union from there Randy took over.
