I came into Mcdonald GMC Cadillac and was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Henry Bujold, I am a professional business person in the Saginaw area. I came into Mcdonald GMC Cadillac and was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Henry Bujold, I told him I was looking for a 2014 Sierra truck at that point he went and grabbed another sales person by the name of Greg Martin and he did this because he must have had a problem with me and my life partner. He was also very rude initially, and continued to make comments to other salespeople in the showroom that made my partner and myself feel very uncomfortable. So if you are a Gay, Lesbian, or Transgenger I would not recommend Mcdonald Auto Company!! More

Bill made it very pleasant during the buying process. Very good experience and little pressure. Only thing I asked was for the oil to be changed and tires rotated. I received an email 3 days after taking delivery of my car that it is overdue for an oil change (6.6% left of oil usefulness) . I also assume that the tires were not rotated as well. Car was a demo and has 4,870 miles upon delivery. Am disappointed the little I requested was not done. More
