This is the 3rd ti I recently leased a 2014 GMC Sierra from McDonald GMC Cadillac dealing with Art Neil. I found Art to be thorough and informative. This is the 3rd time I have dealt with Art. I did have a minor problem and after a couple calls to Art the issue was resolved completely, to my satisfaction. My visit to McDonald GMC Cadillac was fabulous, I worked with Bill Urbanski and he took excellent care of me. Bill listened to what I wanted and found me a great vehicle at a great price. As soon as my boyfriend and I walked through the door, Rick was the first to jump to us and ask how we were doing and what brought us there that day. He made us feel comfortable and I felt from the get go that he wasn't there to jerk us around. Rick was very honest and upfront with us, which was very helpful for this being the first car we would buy off of a car lot. Any question I had, he answered. The next day after buying our car, my key fob had a low battery. My boyfriend took it in and Rick replaced it no questions asked. I would recommend Rick to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. He is the best around! More
