Mike Pitzen was great to work with purchasing a used suburban. I was considering both a 2013 and a 2012 that he had on the lot, but was focusing on the 2012 due to price. I got to drive both vehicles and both were very nice. The 2012 had some paint issues on the hood and front fender, which Mike sent to the paint shop and took care of for me. There were several other cosmetic issues he took care of for me as well, plus I got a fresh oil change and remote door opener replacement. He also went the extra mile to locate a set of used chrome wheels and tires I requested which put the finishing touches to a beautiful black suburban. As far as price goes, when I went to my Credit Union to get my loan, the loan officer commented on the great deal I got compared to the Blue Book suggested retail price on the vehicle. Yes, I would recommend McDonald's of Saginaw, and I also recommend you look up Mike Pitzen - a good guy, with no pressure, and great follow-up. More
