Mike, was exceptional to my wife and I, he spend quite a a bit of time in helping me with the right car and price. The night of delivery he was assiting us with onstar and onstar was having issues that even a bit of time in helping me with the right car and price. The night of delivery he was assiting us with onstar and onstar was having issues that evening where it took quite a bit of time to get the service done, the dealer was closing and Mike stayed with us anyways, later that evening on his off time and called to make sure everything was taking care of..
