We are very pleased with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff at McDonald in Saginaw. Scott Roberson was very helpful in making our decision for our new Buick. Purchased a 2008 envoy Denali from this dealership with ~30K miles on it. Spent the first 6 months going back to the service department with a different vehicle problem every single month. Within the past ~30K miles on it. Spent the first 6 months going back to the service department with a different vehicle problem every single month. Within the past 2 years I have had to have this vehicle serviced nearly a dozen times at a huge expense of mine. I was so sick of dealing with this vehicle which was constantly breaking down that I asked what they could do toward trading it in towards a different vehicle. They offered me 12,5K on a trade in when I pain 24K for the vehicle only 2 years ago and it has low mileage since then. So either I really over paid when I initially purchased it from them, or they new it was a lemon and really did not want it back and where just happy to unload it onto me. The service department employees have been pleasant and are always astounded at how many times I have had to have work done on this vehicle but that does not change the fact that I have had to pay thousands of dollars to keep fixing this relatively new vehicle. I would say I am far from a satisfied costumer. More

We are very pleased with Art Neil who was our salesman when we purchased a 2013 GMC pickup. He listened to what we wanted and helped us find the truck to fit our needs. He even made a housecall and personally programmed our garage door opener since we were unable to make it work. He spent alot of time, making some phone calls in order to make our old garage door opener work. He was very patient with us in teaching us how to use some of the features on our new truck. My family has been buying cars from McDonald's Cadillac GMC for years. We have always went through Rick because he is very generous, hard-working, and overall, just a very nice guy. He's not your Cadillac GMC for years. We have always went through Rick because he is very generous, hard-working, and overall, just a very nice guy. He's not your average salesman that just wants to rip you off, or drain you for all of your money.
