I expect a positive car purchase experience. I want everything to go as I had visualized it the day before my purchase. Mike Pitzen met me just inside the door. Very low key, knowledgable, and really listened to what I wanted. Mike went and found the perfect car (Cadillac SRX) for me on the first try. I found a very nice low mileage used Pontiac G6 at McDonald on cars.com. McDonald had the car priced below similar cars at other dealerships. I called about the car and the salesman was professional a McDonald on cars.com. McDonald had the car priced below similar cars at other dealerships. I called about the car and the salesman was professional and helpful. I made what I considered a fair, but low offer and they accepted. I bought the car and McDonald had it delivered to my house 425 miles away a few days later. Overall this was a very good buying experience and I would recommend McDonald GMC to anyone looking to purchase a car from them. More
