McDonald GMC Cadillac

I came back to MacDonald for another oil change because I had received such good service in the past. After seeing an email that mentioned a Chevy Impala LT, I decided to talk to a sales person and was dire had received such good service in the past. Bill answered all my questions, I never felt like I was being pressured which would have been a deal breaker right away. He was very friendly and patient and made the whole experience very smooth. I had asked Bill to call to remind me to bring the title and he did! I didn't have to do a thing! I never had to call my insurance company, didn't have to be concerned with the title transfer, the registration....they did it all!!! As for the price, I thought it was pretty decent for the condition of the vehicle, the mileage and the extras it has. This experience was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. More

After about 10 months of looking for a used Cadillac Deville (years 1995-1999), this 1999 Cadillac Deville showed up on the McDonald Cadillac internet website. When calling about this car we were directed to Bill Urbanski a salesman at the dealership. We had been looking for a dark blue Deville both interior and exterior but when we connected with Bill, he sent us some fantastic photos of the car. The following day we arranged to view the car and with Bill's expert advice and the great help he gave us we decided to purchase the car even though it was Pewter in color we could not pass it up. Bill worked diligently with us to make it possible to purchase the car. He made all the arrangements, everything we needed to drive the car home in just two days. We would most certainly go back to the McDonald Dealership, look up Bill if needed when we get ready to purchase another automobile. More

Stopped in on a Saturday morning looking for a Cobalt for my daughter. Nothing on lot at the time that matched what we were looking for. Left my name and number with Jesse.
