I originally went to McDonalds to look at a used vehicle I viewed online. After viewing the vehicle I decided it wasn't what I was looking for. Jesse and Bill asked a few questions about what I was looking I viewed online. After viewing the vehicle I decided it wasn't what I was looking for. Jesse and Bill asked a few questions about what I was looking for. After a brief conversation they highly recommended I look at a 2007 Buick Terraza that they had recently received, so I did. Not only was this vehicle absolutely beautiful, and in excellent condition, the price was amazing and exactly what I was looking for!!! But even more important was the way I was treated. The staff at this car dealership understand customer service. I was treated with kindness, understanding and respect. They were warm and friendly (and funny!). Also, as a woman consumer it is important to me that I be treated as fairly as my male counterparts! and they fit the bill... Great Job McDonalds‘! Jesse and Bill are the best! More

After several failed attempts with other dealers to find a vehicle that fits my needs I ended up calling McDonald and spoke with Martin Thompson. I explained the situation I was in and he got right on the a vehicle that fits my needs I ended up calling McDonald and spoke with Martin Thompson. I explained the situation I was in and he got right on the ball. It took him 24 hours to find something that fit my needs. Rick was fantastic to work with! I had an appointment to travel up to Traverse City to purchase a truck from ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, and the deal went south. The purchase price listed on their website was not correct and it almost cost me a 5 hour trip in the car. I decided to travel to McDonald in Saginaw to see what they had and met Rick. He hooked it up. Everything was right in front of me from service records, auto check history report, certification and price. Rick earned the deal immediately. The entire team went above and beyond my expectations with the final product. I will be back. More

John greeted us at the door and provided us with all the right answers. He listened to our requests and acted upon our needs to complete our sale within the day. Our expectation was to visit a couple deal right answers. He listened to our requests and acted upon our needs to complete our sale within the day. Our expectation was to visit a couple dealerships, however, John saved us the trips elsewhere.
