Professional Experience I'll start by saying that the entire experience from start to finish was smooth. I have two young children and I live over an hour away, and the staff I'll start by saying that the entire experience from start to finish was smooth. I have two young children and I live over an hour away, and the staff here worked with me to make the overall transaction as quick as possible. They understood that I couldn't be at the dealership all day, and they made it a priority to get me in and out without the typical dealership experience. Dave and Kristina were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional throughout the process. Dave provided a competitive price on my new Sonata, and was very transparent with the final numbers. Kristina worked with my wife to take final delivery and provided a thorough review of all features. The dealership itself is clean, and they have a variety of trims of all Hyundai models. All staff members were dressed professionally, and seemed friendly in their interactions with other customers as well. Even though I live far from the dealership, I would absolutely go out of my way to do business with them again, and would recommend my friends and family to do the same. More

No Way to Set Up New Car After getting over the excitement of having the new car, we began to notice that there were small spots on driver's seat, the wheels needed cleaning, After getting over the excitement of having the new car, we began to notice that there were small spots on driver's seat, the wheels needed cleaning, mats were not vacuumed, it needed dusting, tires were not at recommended pressure. We were told by our salesperson to bring it back. After waiting 30 minutes it was returned to us. Immediately we noted they failed to fix air pressure. We also discovered that the coolant was not full and windshield wiper fluid was low. Frustrated that we would have to spend more time driving to dealership and bothering sales staff, we took it to Grease Monkey. Staff topped off coolant, aired the tires and filled windshield fluid for Free. They told us these are routine items they always do when servicing a vehicle. More

There was no pressure for add-ons, but there were some offered. If there is any room for improvement, this is nitpicking. It would have been nice to have the car a little cleaner. There was still some dust on the dash and some scuff marks on the inside of the door. Overall, this was was the most enjoyable car buying experience in my life and I have purchased many cars over the years. I will definitely recommend MacDonald dealerships. More

I had spoken with someone on the phone (Adam) the day before and he was very friendly, answe My wife and I went in this week and bought a new Elantra. I had spoken with someone on the phone (Adam) the day before and he was very friendly, answered all my questions very clearly and gave me quotes on two cars. We went in the next day and Suzanne helped us since Adam was out that day. I was a little concerned at first that they might not honor the quote I got over the phone the previous day, but they did, and we got a great deal! Suzanne was friendly, professional, and very knowledgable about the car. We got in and out in about three hours including the test drive. Spencer also did a great job tying up all of the financing at the end. We will definitely be back next time we're looking for something new. More
