Poor service! Poor communication, lack of follow through, and zero attention to detail sum up my service experience twice in 2018! The service department failed t Poor communication, lack of follow through, and zero attention to detail sum up my service experience twice in 2018! The service department failed to read the details on my online appointment request. Even after I called and spoke with a service manager they were not prepared with the correct parts when I brought the car in. While the service manager Keith F did take my calls, he didn’t go the extra mile to make up for the lack of service. Even though our Hyundai is only 2 years old, we will not be bringing the car in ever again to be serviced. McDonald Hyundai you need to step up your game!! More

Suzanne was very unprofessional Suzanne sold us on a lease for 331.00 month for a Tuscan limited, ultimate package . Decided to raise the payment 19.00 a month which equates to 684.0 Suzanne sold us on a lease for 331.00 month for a Tuscan limited, ultimate package . Decided to raise the payment 19.00 a month which equates to 684.00 more for a 3 year lease. Suzanne or Hyundai management could not reduce the payment back to 331.00 as promised. Anyone considering purchasing a vehicle at this location should look else where. More

I first met Dave Young and told him our situati Needed to buy a new car and a friend recommended I go to MacDonald Hyundai on Broadway in Littleton. I first met Dave Young and told him our situation and what we hoped to do. He invited an associate (Matthew Strong) to join us and Dave told him our desires and possible options. Matthew then took the reins and showed us each vehicle that only fit our needs. The process was smooth, easy, and every question was answered without us ever feeling like we were being "steered" to the deal they would like to make, but rather, the deal we wanted/needed to make. People make the difference, Matthew and Dave are individuals who represent the best of their industry. The atmosphere of the dealership is very relaxed and friendly. Once we were filling out the paperwork (which was well organized and moved quickly), I found out that Matthew had served overseas with the 101st Airborne which explained his character.
