Flew in from out of town I flew in to purchase a used car from this dealer. The only down side was the $70 Uber ride from the airport because they do not offer a shuttle. Unprofessional, and Crooks I inquired online about a Santa Fe Sport they had. Suzanne responded quickly, and set up an appointment. At our appt, she never showed us the car we I inquired online about a Santa Fe Sport they had. Suzanne responded quickly, and set up an appointment. At our appt, she never showed us the car we asked to see, she showed us vehicles outside our price range, then told us the car we wanted was "unavailable". We did a 3 car trade in, for the Santa Fe. I had to ask THREE times to see what they were giving me for the trade in - telling me RIGHT THERE something shady was going on. When seeing our trade ins, it was a joke. I stopped the conversation and got up to leave. All Suzanne and Scott wanted to do, was let us see the monthly payment. When I threatened to leave, Suzanne went to get Scott, who IMMEDIATELY said, quite loudly, "I AM ABOUT SICK OF THIS xxxxING DEAL". Had they not had our keys, we would have left. We negotiated, and I was satisfied with the trade ins. Suzanne then asked if we wanted heated seats, which she said she could add at a later time. We said yes - but ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PUT THIS IN FINAINCING, WE WILL PAY CASH WHEN WE ARE READY. Guess what was in the "deal", as we found out when the Seat Heater install guy came to install, and it was "paid for". All of this was our fault, we should have looked more closely at the paperwork - good job ripping us off, and living up to the "car salesmen" montre. After being there for 4 hours, them closing, we were just ready to leave. Lesson learned - all of you are crooks. Almost 2 months later, and the finance guy Alex still wants us to sign paperwork he forgot to give us. The paperwork is suspiciously back dated to the night we purchased the car. Nope. Not going to sign that, your bad for not giving us the paperwork, which has financial consequences within it, You can explain that tot he state. I will say Dave Young/Manager was GREAT to work with. Funny they treat you completely differently when Dave is not around. More
