Best customer service and sales experience ever 1.5 years ago my Husband, John and I had a terrific experience with Suzanne. Early this week, I totaled one of the vehicles we had purchased from her 1.5 years ago my Husband, John and I had a terrific experience with Suzanne. Early this week, I totaled one of the vehicles we had purchased from her. I was devastated, not only was it the first accident I had ever encountered driving, it was my FAULT, and I lost the vehicle that I had held near and dear to me. Unbeknownst to me, John made a trip down to see Susan and let her know. She had a vehicle that she felt would be perfect for me. I went to the dealership the next day to see. It was Wednesday and Suzanne was not working. I told another sales person - Roman - why I was there. He offered to show it to me, but understood completely that I was working ONLY with Suzanne. The next day, Suzanne reached out to me. I told her that while I loved the car, there was no way I could purchase it - it was listed at just under $40,000. I made it clear what I would have to put down based on recent conversations with my Insurance company and told her there was NO WAY I could pay more. I was shocked when we walked in to meet with her Friday afternoon that she was able to meet my needs. It looks identical to my previous car - same make and model, but had some added features I was not expecting. Her actions and how caring she was still leaves me without words! She was very precise in helping us to understand the new vehicle and the options that went with it. Thank you so much Suzanne! More
