Professionalism and quality customer service! I have always been a GM girl but when I saw the new Santa Fe Sport and got to drive it as a rental car I was sold! Had to have it and I must say I ma I have always been a GM girl but when I saw the new Santa Fe Sport and got to drive it as a rental car I was sold! Had to have it and I must say I made the perfect choice for my next car. However. The tipping point for me has always been customer service. I went online to submit a request for a quote and immediately I heard from David Lax. He was informative, professional, and did not pressure me in any way. When I came in to the dealership I was greeted immediately and David took care of everything. I have never had a more efficient car sale! He clearly valued my time and everything went so smoothly. Financing was a breeze and the young man completed the task in a professional and efficient manner. If you want courteous,professional service and a quality great looking car McDonald Hyundai is the place to go. Bye bye GM! More

Excellent dealership I went to this dealership, and the specific salesman, on the recommendation of a family member. It was overall an excellent experience; my questions were answered, my needs addressed, and I was able to purchase a car that met my expectations the same day I came in. Both the salesman and the financial group stayed late, past their usual closing hours, to ensure that the sale was completed to my satisfaction. My only note is about the anti-theft feature that was added to the car; it was explained to me that every car on the lot received this because the dealership chose to apply it to each one. This is not a feature I would have included in my car, had I been given the choice. Otherwise, the car was exactly what was promised, and more importantly, was exactly what I wanted. More
