Worst car buying experience My husband found a car on the USAA Car Buying Service that was located at this dealership. We live in the Springs so decided to drive up to take a loo My husband found a car on the USAA Car Buying Service that was located at this dealership. We live in the Springs so decided to drive up to take a look. It was a great deal. He called the day before to make an appointment and to make sure the car was available so we wouldn't waste our time. When we arrived, our salesperson was busy assisting other customers. We waited awhile for her to get us the keys so we could take a look at the vehicle. It wasn't a big deal at the time, but looking back, I'm not sure why someone else couldn't help us out since she was so overwhelmed. After waiting for about 30 mins, she handed us the keys and told us to take the car on a long test drive. We both found it odd that she never once asked for our drivers license and didn't give us a dealer plate to put on the vehicle. We drove the car around and came back to speak with her but of course she was extremely busy. We waited quite awhile and finally she freed up some time for us. As I said before, we found this car on the USAA Car Buying Service which means the car is listed at a lower price and is GUARANTEED at that price. After going back and forth for some time on the price, my husband noticed they didn't give it to us for the USAA price. When we pointed that out to Suzanne, she said, "I don't have to give it to you at that price." I was blown away. There's a reason USAA works with certain dealerships to provide deals for their members. My husband demanded she give it to us at that price, otherwise we were not interested. When we spoke about our trade in, she treated us as though we were giving them a piece of crap. We traded in a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee with over 100,000 miles. There's a reason people trade in their vehicles.... it's to get something better. Don't make us feel bad for what we are trading in. I have NEVER experienced that before at any dealership. Long story short, Suzanne was rude and condescending and if we didn't find such a great deal, we would have walked out. She is one of the most unprofessional people we have ever dealt with at a dealership. We will absolutely not be returning for any future purchases. More
