Love everything except extra "fee". Love our new car, love the deal we got (prices were very competitive) and really liked our sales guy Mark. The car purchasing part was fast and easy to complete. We also liked all the other people we met at the dealership. They went through the car features completely, our phones were paired to the car before we left! Car was cleaned and we left with a full tank of gas. Was introduced to service department and shown how to get our first free oil change maintenance. Overall experience was very, very good. The only thing we were not extremely satisfied with was the fact we HAD to "purchase" the 199.00 insurance--if your car got stolen you get $$--plan. We did not need this at all and felt like it was a revenue making add on for the dealership. This is on top of the 599.00 dealer fee that is charged (we don't have a problem with dealer fees, people need to make money, however, we do balk at having fees heaped on top of the dealer fees that are unnecessary). We felt that it is wrong to make us pay for something very frivolous as theft insurance when we already have that built into our auto policy. You should never have to buy an add on--you calling it a fee is disingenuous. If not for the added "fee" we would have rated this experience all around as five stars. If I could, I would give this dealer a 4.5 stars for the fee but it is only letting me give 4 stars. More

I don't like the going back and forth, back and forth, back and forth when I am looking to buy a car. So, I reached out to the McDonald Hyundai internet team and was introduced to David. He was very timely in his responses to me and very fair when it came to our negotiated final price. And when I asked what could be done to expedite the paperwork to be completed at the dealership so I could pick up my car and get on with my day, he did not miss a beat regarding everything and anything that could be scanned and emailed directly to him.
