An excellent car buying experience I knew exactly what i wanted and what I could afford. I called and Suzanne confirmed the vehicle was in stock. She greeted me at the door. And I was looking at the least expensive new car on the lot. So, I expected that they wouldn't be super excited to invest much time with me. But, Suzanne seemed to be solely focused on getting me In the car I wanted and we came up with a back up plan for a used car in stock that I liked. I went through a recent bankruptcy too, so I was prepared to leave empty handed. Suzanne was positive, kind, patient and funny. So easy to talk to. I felt like I made a new friend. She never pressured me, and I was treated with the utmost respect. I feel like she treated me like she would treat the customer buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. More

Great working with McDonald Hyundai! My daughter was looking for a new car and had decided on the Hyundai Tucson based on its reviews. We talked to McDonald Hyundai and set up an appointm My daughter was looking for a new car and had decided on the Hyundai Tucson based on its reviews. We talked to McDonald Hyundai and set up an appointment quick and easy. Brandon was ready to show us the trim levels we were interested in. He diligently searched for the model and quickly took us out for a test drive. He quickly pointed out all the features we were after and when the model came up short on some of the other features, he was quick to point out the differences of each of the trim levels and identified the trim level had what we were looking for. He was quick and honest with the price differences and searched their inventory to find exactly the right one. Scott in Finance was very friendly and helpful as well. He explained all the differences in the warranties and paint/fabric protection plans. We felt no pressure from anyone through the whole process. Overall it was a very positive experience which I have come to expect from McDonald dealerships (and never been disappointed). More
