Amazing Experience Usually, car buying is something akin to ripping your fingers out with a pair of pliers. Brandon West and the rest of the sales and finance team at M Usually, car buying is something akin to ripping your fingers out with a pair of pliers. Brandon West and the rest of the sales and finance team at McDonald Hyundai made it the most enjoyable experience I've had in a long time. Communication was top notch with no pressure throughout the entire search. I felt that I walked out of the dealership with a great deal--apparently, it was one. Signed! Sealed! Delivered! I'm yours...!!!! Recently, Suzanne Dumont was recommended as a solution for my frustration in attempts (~ 8 hrs over 3 days) to negotiate the purchase of a new Hyundai Recently, Suzanne Dumont was recommended as a solution for my frustration in attempts (~ 8 hrs over 3 days) to negotiate the purchase of a new Hyundai Sonata in AZ . I reached out to her immediately. Within 10 minutes, she'd found "my car" and the deal was on! A mad-rush, same day one-way flight to Denver, Suzanne's first appointment the next morning, a test drive, quick pricing resolution, speedy and efficient document processing with Finance Manager Alex Dyer, service department time to add a few upgrades, and... VOILA! I'm now the lucky owner of a beautiful new 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited. The "same day" return drive to AZ demonstrated many of the special features, especially the roadworthy stability while driving through 5+ hours of heavy rain/wind. Driving over 950 miles back to my home on just TWO tanks of gas...amazing Love the car! Excellent, efficient, friendly and attentive service by all is the key to a 5-star rating. Finance Mgr Alex Dyer was a pleasure to work with and easily answered my questions as I signed the documents. As busy as she was, Suzanne made time to demonstrate the features that make my car so special. Her instructions were thorough and made my trip back home easier...especially since I didn't need to stop to read the directions/manuals. More
