Fast Purchase but Disappointed I already had a pretty good idea of vehicle model and price point I was willing to pay. The only disappointment for me was that the vehicle / color co I already had a pretty good idea of vehicle model and price point I was willing to pay. The only disappointment for me was that the vehicle / color combination available at the lot included some accessories that I was not interested on and the manager was not willing to get them exchanged for something else that was more appealing for me. The manager stated that he would follow up with the Service Department the next day to offer me the accessories I was looking at cost value. Unfortunately, I never heard back from the manager. Furthermore, when I contacted the sales representative to inquiry about the accessories, after three days of completed sale, his response included only one of the accessories I was interested and the price was the same as MSRP. During the sales process I told the Sales Representative that I needed to include those accessories as part of the deal. Unfortunately, the accessories were not included on the final numbers discussed even though they were clearly stated in the documents. Disappointing I would probably not return to the dealership. I'm sure I would buy more vehicles in the future as I tend to replace then every 3 years. More

I feel guilty. With the amount of discounts, bonuses and programs that Suzanne and company where able to find me I kinda feel like I took advantage of them all.
