When we first met her instead of telling me what the interest rate was she had me immediately fill out paperwork. We had to ask what the rate was which we were surprised to hear how high it was since my credit score is really good. This is the second Hyundai dealership we worked with and the first dealership said The interest rate they were going to give us was 2.9 and when we brought that up and asked why the rate she had for me was much higher she didn't have an answer for us. Wouldn't want to work with her again but I would absolutely recommend Michael Tripp. More

Santa Fe I was in the market for a new car after my much loved Sonata had an unfortunate encounter with a deer. After much research of all the SUV makes and mo I was in the market for a new car after my much loved Sonata had an unfortunate encounter with a deer. After much research of all the SUV makes and models available, I had narrowed it down to a Santa Fe or Tucson. Suzanne listened to my needs, showed me several cars, and most importantly was very patient, not trying to upsell me to a more expensive car. I have only had the car a week, but so far I am in love with it and how well it handles. I am looking forward to many miles in my 3rd Hyundai! More

Second Tucson in a month! We had actually purchased our first 2017 Tucson at a different dealer three and a half weeks before coming to McDonald Hyundai. A week after buying t We had actually purchased our first 2017 Tucson at a different dealer three and a half weeks before coming to McDonald Hyundai. A week after buying the first one, my wife was hit by a driver who ran a red light, totaling the Tucson. Though shaken and a bit bruised, she walked away from the accident. The Tucson did a very good job of protecting her. After getting things straightened out with our insurance company, we decided to buy another Tucson. The dealership from which we bought the first car did not have a color were interested in. So, I went on line and found a brand new one in the trim level and color we wanted at McDonald Hyundai. I called and spoke with David Young, who had recently been promoted out of internet sales. After explaining why we were in the market for a second Tucson in less than a month, and a short discussion about pricing, he said McDonald would beat the price we had been given on the previous purchase. I placed a deposit on the car we had discussed and set up an appointment for a couple of days later. When we arrived at the dealership, Mr. Young was tied up with other responsibilities, so he introduced my wife and me to Michael Vang. Michael took very good care of us, helping us to fill out credit paperwork, answering questions, etc. We agreed on a price, which was several hundred dollars less than we had paid for the first Tucson. We then drove the new car around the block, and came back to complete the financing arrangements with Scott Rutman, the finance manager. We were very pleased to have been dealt with in such a satisfying way and were pleased to get the car in the color we wanted at such a good price. We will recommend McDonald Hyundai to anyone we encounter who is looking for a Hyundai. Thank you Michael, Dave, Scott and all! More
