First visit was a Saturday with sales rep,Joe Thomas. Very good. Set up,follow-up visit for Monday with sales Mgr, Ron at1:00pm. Arrived and Ron was not there. No coordination with anyone else so the salesman we worked with, Mark Hunter, had t jump through hoops to make things happen. Car we wanted to test drive and ultimately buy was still on showroom floor and had to be moved outside while we waited. Mark made things happen but that one thing was awkward. Ron should have called and made arrangements with someone when knew he would not make the appt. things worked out but some buyers might have left when this happened. More

After taking the test drive the dealer showed me the Costco price sheet. I found a price that was lower than theirs so they met me halfway even though they weren't supposed because of Costco's price. Salesperson Brandon was easy to work with. Took about 3 hours to purchase which was a little too long. Condition of dealership was clean. Cleanliness of suv at delivery could've been slightly better. Overall I was satisfied with the purchase. More
