summary In general, I thought the process of buying a new car was very long. We were there all day long. I had never bought a used car where the process took so long...maybe that is the difference. I like the vehicle overall. It would seem there was a disconnect between extras offered (winter rubber car mats) were much more expensive at the salespersons desk than what was displayed in the service dept. Maybe the mats were a bit different but communication between these two depts. is recommended. It was quite the turn off. I bought a vehicle with minor hail damage...it would have been nice to get advice on how much this could cost to repair. More
