I wish I could give this place zero stars! I took our 2015 Santa Fe in last November with a rattling sound on startup that after extensive Googling I thought was a timing chain tensioner. They had it SIX WEEKS before they decided I needed an "oil system flush" for 563 bucks! Well not only did that do ZERO to fix the problem, but to add damage to the experience these incompetent CLOWNS failed to lock our car and it got stripped of most everything inside! No break-in damage at all, they just didn't bother to lock it. They also sent me on a bit of an exhaustive wild goose chase gathering oil change papers on the STUPID assumption Hyundai would refuse servicing under warranty without it. Well Arapahoe Hyundai had NO problem with Hyundai, in a short 3 days they replaced what I KNEW was the problem in the 1st place and the engine is perfect again!!! You would absolutely have to have your head examined to go to McDonald Hyundai for ANY service, they're incompetent, they're careless, and they are hopelessly slow! You nailed me once but you'll never get me again! More

They helped me in a pinch! A few days ago I pulled into the dealership with a VERY flat tire. I don't own a Hyundai, but Madisyn came right out and welcomed me and said they wo A few days ago I pulled into the dealership with a VERY flat tire. I don't own a Hyundai, but Madisyn came right out and welcomed me and said they would help. She grabbed Tyler from the service department and they changed my tire to my spare and got me and ,my son on our way. Their kindness and willingness to help was so refreshing. It was a fantastic lesson for my son to see our community step up to help each other. Thank You Madisyn and Tyler - you made a difference! More

If I could give the service department a zero I would. Took them forever to fix my brand new vehicle than they charged me for a chipped windshield on the loaner they gave me. not recommended In general, I would not recommend using a dealer for regular service, but since I bought my car from McDonald, they gave me a free oil change. Needless to say, we will not be going back after this experience. The service adviser, Madisyn, was very dismissive of some rather serious concerns we have on our brand new 2019 Santa Fe. I will be filing a complaining with NHTSA and going elsewhere. Buying a car from this place was also not the best experience, but what can you expect. At least with lots of negotiation, we were able to get them to go lower than Costco's auto program price. I will give Shay in Parts a shout-out, though, for being reasonable and helpful. More

No Way to Set Up New Car After getting over the excitement of having the new car, we began to notice that there were small spots on driver's seat, the wheels needed cleaning, After getting over the excitement of having the new car, we began to notice that there were small spots on driver's seat, the wheels needed cleaning, mats were not vacuumed, it needed dusting, tires were not at recommended pressure. We were told by our salesperson to bring it back. After waiting 30 minutes it was returned to us. Immediately we noted they failed to fix air pressure. We also discovered that the coolant was not full and windshield wiper fluid was low. Frustrated that we would have to spend more time driving to dealership and bothering sales staff, we took it to Grease xxxxxx. Staff topped off coolant, aired the tires and filled windshield fluid for Free. They told us these are routine items they always do when servicing a vehicle. More

The service department failed to read the details on my online appointment request. Even after I called and spoke with a service manager they were not prepared with the correct parts when I brought the car in. While the service manager Keith F did take my calls, he didn’t go the extra mile to make up for the lack of service. Even though our Hyundai is only 2 years old, we will not be bringing the car in ever again to be serviced. McDonald Hyundai you need to step up your game!! More
Unsatisfied with the Customer Service I was in Hyundai looking to buy a car yesterday. As I was looking for someone to help me I saw an employee walking next to me so I asked her for help. She looked at me with a nasty look and said "I can't help you" and walked off. I went to another employee and asked him for some help and explained what had happened. He told me the name of the employee was Madisyn Luna and just brush it off, she isn't the nicest. I have been in the service industry for 5 years and would never give my company a bad reputation because I had poor customer service. It is very unfortunate that I decided to go to another dealership to buy a car because Madisyn made me feel so uncomfortable to be here. I hope McDonald Hyundai decides to train there employees better so nobody else has to receive this type of service from there employees. More
