Well for starters you COULD refund the 500 bucks you ended up wasting on your wild goose chase! The only thing wrong with my car was what I TOLD you was wrong with it, and Arapahoe Hyundai solved the problem in a novel way...by quickly and efficiently FIXING it!

Shame, Shame, Shame! Yet another review posted under a different name because you have a PERSONAL GRUDGE that doesn't involve our dealership. There is no record of you ever being a customer in our store - service, parts, sales or otherwise. After your phone call and online review, I personally interviewed all of my sales staff and reviewed our video surveillance of the dealership to verify what you stated so that I could counsel my employee. Due to insurance liabilities we video record our facility and lot. There is not only NO ONE in our sales staff that worked with you, there is NO VIDEO EVIDENCE of you at our dealership interacting with our employee, Madisyn, or any of the sales staff as you state. You then email me, under another name, an entirely different slanderous claim regarding the same employee in hopes of having her disciplined or terminated. The following quote from your review is listed Word for Word in your email. "I hope McDonald Hyundai decides to train there employees better so nobody else has to receive this type of service from there employees." The same sentence appears in your review and your email (with the same mis-spelled "there")under a different name. It is shameful that you would stoop to posting false reviews in an attempt to harm someone you have personal issue with. I would recommend that you work out your differences in private. I believe our customers and reviewers will see through these posts. I will be reporting these reviews to DealerRater and all the other sites you are posting on.
