I can't believe how simple and inexpensive it was - after I'd procrastinated for months, expecting a huge hassle and expense. I've loved McDonald's since I walked in to "window shop" for a used car and drove out in a gorgeous new red hard-top Miata convertible that elicits WOWS every day. Every experience -from purchase thru collision repairs thru new tires thru routine service - has been an unexpected pleasure and always at unbelievably reasonable prices!! More

I did not have to set an appointment, though, as a service rep was available to drive with me so I could explain the noise. He knew immediately the problem that was causing the sound, helped figure out that it was covered under warranty, and said that as long as they had the parts they could fix it that afternoon in about two hours. Turns out they had the parts, and a technician drove me home so I did not have to wait at the service center, and two hours later my car was fixed. I also received a complimentary car wash. More
