Speaking from my experience as an Asian immigrant, while the salesman and service advisor were kind, the Finance Manager’s tone and attitude toward me were completely arrogant. To make matters worse, a warning light came on in my new car from day one, and I am still waiting for an email from corporate regarding a fix or update on this issue. McDonald VW made getting into a car super easy, which means, I have a new debt. Ha! Albeit a fun one to drive. Tanner was super helpful and attentive.
