I brought my Tiguan to your service department to find a problem my dealer couldn't find. And they DID try, but I needed it fixed, so you took it in AND found it!!! And i thank Madison for a superb interaction when I made my appt. She actually came outside with me and started a couple of other Tiguans to see if they smoked when started ( they didn't) . It turned out to be improperly installed valve guide seals from the factory! And I love the video from the tech! Answered every question I had! The only thing I disliked was the lack of a loaner during service, but to be fair I did not schedule a loaner either, I just walked in. More
