After submitting my request, Erin was quick to call me back and told me what I needed to do before I got there to the dealership. She thoroughly reviewed my credit situation and explained that getting a new car would be better for me in the long run. So, the only thing I had to do was test drive my new car and sign the paperwork. I appreciated her and the rest of the staff that stayed late to get me into the car that night.
