I did explore other options before I made the hour drive to this dealership and stopped at my local Honda lot. I decided within the first 5 minutes that I was absolutely not going to be purchasing a car from them because the consultant who helped me did not introduce herself to me. My visit to the Nissan in McDonough was the complete opposite! Erin and all the employees including the GM Chris and Adrian in finance made the experience stress-free and very pleasant. Erin went above and beyond to make sure I was explained everything, overly satisfied, and she even played with my daughter while I met with Adrian. He was very patient as I was consulting with my father for a couple of things and answered every question I had so that it was easy for me to understand. Last but not least, they even took care of returning my rental car for me and that took a big load off of me since I came there by myself. I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Erin to all of my friends and family because they treated me like I was their friends or family! Great job McDonough Nissan! Definitely worth the drive! More

Why am I here!!! George said "Why are you here"!!! The question was asked because I asked him for the price of a car I was about to purchase. He was upset because I w George said "Why are you here"!!! The question was asked because I asked him for the price of a car I was about to purchase. He was upset because I wouldn't sign the application for the loan. He also told me that he didn't need to work because he use to own a jewelry store and a storage warehouse. When I called the Dealership his father said that I need to only talk to George. I felt bad for the other sales people because all the customer calls were steered to George by his father! This was my son's first experience with a car dealership and it was awful. The GM Alex tried to turn my 20 year old son's experience around but I couldn't get pass the way we were treated by George. To top it off, I received a text tonight from a Todd from Nissan asking if I was coming in to purchase the car. I told him I purchased a Lexus IS 250 from another dealership and he texted back "GOOD" in all caps! The worst customer service I have ever received in my life from a dealership !!! I'm glad I drive a Mercedes and not a Nissan!!! I fought for our country for 32 years and I never thought I would have to fight to purchase a Nissan!!! "U S Navy Veteran " !!! More
