I called the dealership and asked for the manager. My call was transferred to his phone but I got his messaging service which stated his mailbox was full. I would also like to add to my review. I was told by my salesman, Godson Sowah the vehicle I purchased had been serviced recently. After reading the Carfax report I noticed McDonough Nissan had my vehicle in their possession over 3 weeks before it was supposedly serviced by a dealership in North Carolina. I called that dealership and was told they did not service it there, that the date on the windshield sticker was when it was due for service. That's about $98 plus tax. There was also only one key fob (that I was only told about as I was given my key fob) and after all papers had been signed. This will cost me another $389.93 per the local GMC dealer in McDonough. When I complained about the missing key fob to the sales manager, I was told it was a used vehicle and he didn't seem concerned about it. I could understand this if the vehicle was several years old but not a late model with very low miles. As I stated, I tried to reach the manager as you asked but was unable to, so, if someone wants to speak with me, my number is 678-492-7434.
