The experience was good Chase was the salesperson and he was fine . My only complaint was there was no owners manual in hard copy included with the truck.I understand it's all there in the screen but older was fine . My only complaint was there was no owners manual in hard copy included with the truck.I understand it's all there in the screen but older seniors like myself don't always know how to navigate those features and just like to open a Manuel. I was quoted 120$ to get one and found it online for 57$. I guess that's a Ford problem an not a dealer problem More

Had repairs done to F-350, after getting it home noticed front hubs were in locked position, shouldn’t have been left in that position in summer season. Also, next day tire pressure sensor went off, found r front hubs were in locked position, shouldn’t have been left in that position in summer season. Also, next day tire pressure sensor went off, found rear tire at 50 lbs the other rear was at 80. The rearend was rebuilt, why would my tire pressure be changed? Had to reinflate right rear tire.
