We had an appt for 5pm on a Friday. The person we were supposed to meet with wasn't there. It felt like no one was all that interested in working with us. The sales person we worked with seemed as if he didn't really care whether he made sale or not. We made a decision to purchase a vehicle rather quickly as we had picked out a couple of vehicles on their website but, as the sales dept closes at 6pm (we should have been informed and given the option to come in on Saturday) we were told that we would have to return on Saturday to complete the sale. She shouldn't have scheduled an appt at 5pm knowing that the sales dept and the finance dept wouldn't be able to finish our sale. I would rather have done everything on Saturday instead of dragging it out for 2 days. It just seemed like poor time management skills. On the other hand, Jonathan Cabral was fantastic and seemed enthusiastic to complete our purchase on Saturday morning. He really saved McFarland Ford's reputation in our opinion. I would also like to say that we have used McFarland's service dept several times in the past year and have had great experience's with them. We will absolutely return for both sales and service and we will recommend MaFarland Ford to friends and family. More
They were very friendly and professional. I traveled 2,hrs from out of state to buy that particular truck and they got me in the truck to drive home that day so I wouldn’t have to come back. Made an appointment for oil change and brought truck in. Frank took great care of me and they had my truck back to me pretty quick and they didn’t even leave fingerprints on my truck!
