The experience was good Chase was the salesperson and he was fine . My only complaint was there was no owners manual in hard copy included with the truck.I understand it's all there in the screen but older was fine . My only complaint was there was no owners manual in hard copy included with the truck.I understand it's all there in the screen but older seniors like myself don't always know how to navigate those features and just like to open a Manuel. I was quoted 120$ to get one and found it online for 57$. I guess that's a Ford problem an not a dealer problem More

Had repairs done to F-350, after getting it home noticed front hubs were in locked position, shouldn’t have been left in that position in summer season. Also, next day tire pressure sensor went off, found r front hubs were in locked position, shouldn’t have been left in that position in summer season. Also, next day tire pressure sensor went off, found rear tire at 50 lbs the other rear was at 80. The rearend was rebuilt, why would my tire pressure be changed? Had to reinflate right rear tire. Tim our sales person, was extremely knowledgeable in ford vehicles and what they offered and had for features. He showed me things with my new Ford Bronco i did not know even existed on cars. Tim was also ab vehicles and what they offered and had for features. He showed me things with my new Ford Bronco i did not know even existed on cars. Tim was also able to get us in to look at a car with a time that was flexible with my work schedule and stayed late almost an hour making sure i was all setup and ready to go in my new Ford Bronco. Mason from Finance got us setup with good coverage and service of our new vehicle. He helped get the loan and payments where i was comfortable and happy with it. I had contacted Lauren about a new Ford Bronco I was interested the night before and within 24 hours i was driving away in my new vehicle. Overall a great experience. Would recommend and will definitely keep shopping there! More
