My car had its tires rotated two days prior and was making a thumping noise on slow travel. I asked to take a look at my car. I would have preferred to find the reason why my car made the thumping noise in stead they covered it up by switching my tires back . So now when I rotate my tires again, the noise may reoccur and will be a problem again. My car has under 25,000 miles. More
Brady and his management were cartoonishly evil. The pressure was on from the moment I saw the car. They continuously talked about "how great the car was", which felt reasonable, if overexcited. Once we got back to the dealership they were utterly insistent for a solid ten minutes that I NEEDED to buy THAT car, right then and there. They did not seem to understand the concept of looking at other vehicles and dealers before making a purchase. As an example, they said, verbatim, "Why don't we just save you the trouble of going to all those other places and just buy this one right now?" For a first-time car buyer I appreciate their demonstration of every single red flag in the industry in a single convenient experience. More
