Interaction with Errol Gaudette This is a follow-up on my previous review, I mentioned that I had to deal with management on my 2019 Toyota Avalon with Patrice Hillier and the Genera This is a follow-up on my previous review, I mentioned that I had to deal with management on my 2019 Toyota Avalon with Patrice Hillier and the General Manager of McGee Toyota, Errol Gaudette. Anyone that has to deal with this manager, be forewarned. He is very impersonal. Having to deal with my vehicle situation with Errol, he never once used pleasantries, never addressed me by name during emails, always wrote one-line emails, and his customer service skills are quite frankly, terrible. Being a customer facing profession, he needs to work on that aspect of his position. Honestly, I would give him zero (0) stars if I could. I have worked in customer service for almost ten (10) years and he should at least have the decency to care about his customers. I understand he was aggravated about the whole situation (as was I), but that doesn’t give him the right to blow this customer off the way he did. More
