Fastest deal of my life - and a good deal too! I went in to browse and a few hours later, I was driving home my new-to-me Prius! Awesome experience! I went into the dealership looking to get out of my 2014 Ford Escape for a cheaper payment. We started out looking at a 2008 RAV4 with high mileage an I went into the dealership looking to get out of my 2014 Ford Escape for a cheaper payment. We started out looking at a 2008 RAV4 with high mileage and ended up leaving with a 2014 RAV4 with only 60k miles on it for a cheaper payment than I have now! Nick was extremely friendly, professional and helpful and it was easily the best experience I have had at a dealership so far! I would totally recommend Nick and the dealership to anyone who asked. My fiancé will probably be coming back to buy a tundra from them this fall and we will definitely be asking for Nick! More

Internet salesman John is dishonest The internet salesman John is totally dishonest. Will lie and tell you anything to get you there then I meet with another floor salesman who said John The internet salesman John is totally dishonest. Will lie and tell you anything to get you there then I meet with another floor salesman who said John is not available and his quotes can't be met. This happen to me twice in 2 years so I will never purchase from them. Then the managers says to me don't expect me to honor a quote from John because he only sets up appointments. The whole place is in cahoots to just get you in the door and hammer you into a deal. We got up and left .... such a dishonest place. More

I called couple of times before and checked that car we are interested in is still available. Spoke to Tony. Setup the appointment - exact time on Saturday. We came on time, car was ready. Another person, Bill, started to work with us. Took a picture of our driver licence and took us for drive around. After that we stayed in the car to check everything inside and out to make a decision. Here is bad things started: we turned off car and key and my husband's wallet were together in the car. We were checking trunk and everything and at some moment realized that keys are missing ..... Wow, we could not understand what happened. Looked everywhere, no keys. I went to talk to Bill about it and he (already barely even looking at me) said that HE TOOK keys. And after that he SAID that car WAS JUST SOLD. We were shocked BY all that. VERY VERY BAD customer service. After that we left, without them even talking to us again, offering to look at other car - they had some other as I was told before. What happened, I guess we paid for being nice, since they knew what time/day we were coming, they called some person who looked at the car before, and told him that somebody else here are interested in the car. So person came, saw us and paid that price that he did not want to pay before. That is only one explanation to all that mess. My husband also thinks is is due to our accent, whatever, but I don't want to think that way. Although, who knows :-( ... Anyway. Make that you want from our experience and don't make the same mistake. Go to another dealership if you want to be treated as human. More
