Service agent was fabulous, made me wonder why I haven't always used the dealer. Process was easy. My one issue is that the day after I spent more than $2K the engine light went on in my Prius - so I need t always used the dealer. Process was easy. Shannon was very easy to work with and was transparent from start to finish! She did a great job of getting the vehicle ready in a very short period of time. Every experience I have had at McGee Toyota has been a positive one. Everyone there is very welcoming with a positive attitude which is evidence of people who love their "job".
