"McGeorge is a must for your vehicle purchase"
I'll be the first to admit that I'd rather go to the dentist than buy a vehicle. This was our first experience at McGeorge and it was a surprisingly fun, pleasant and efficient. We worked with Garland Willis in sales and he was straighforward and very easy to work with in the new purchase. The paperwork for the financing with Ed was prepared ready for signature and I didn't have to spend 1/2 day at the dealership. They worked with us in having someone come mobile to install the remote start and bed cover, which was a bonus. Would definately recommend McGeorge and ask for Garland!

Angela brown is the best 😁 Service advisor and providing superior customer service. I was kept informed each step of the process. My vehicle was repaired correctly the first time and the cashier process was great
"Warning! Don't buy tires from McGeorge Service Department"
- Secrist, Gregory
So McGeorge Toyota's service department really wants to sell you tires for your vehicle while it's in for other repairs. DON'T DO IT! I did and regretted it when I had a major balance/defect problem with one of my Michelin tires that they sold/installed on my Highlander. The problem with buying from a dealer? Trying to get it looked at when the tire goes bad! A tire specialty store can get you into their shop quickly when a tire goes bad. McGeorge?! Nope. I had a dangerous tire situation and they wouldn't look at my vehicle until 5 days later because they were too busy. What to do when you are driving a suddenly dangerous tire?? Either take it somewhere else and get it replaced at full costs or wait 5 days to try and get them to make it right? So next time, I'm buying my tires from some place that can address a dangerous tire failure same day. Just not worth it to depend on McGeorge to fix something that's just not as important to them as fixing an engine. Lesson learned and I'm passing this along to help others consider the full impact of letting a car dealer sell you something they aren't capable of supporting safely in a timely manner like a 100% tire-only shop!
