When the vehicle was returned the service ticket indicated the work was complete, including the tire rotation, and they could find no leak. The next morning when I was leaving for work I noticed the same tire was flat. Not only did they not fix the tire, they did not rotate the tires per the prepaid service plan and basically kept the vehicle several hours to complete a twenty minute oil change. Initially when I contacted them they wanted me to return the vehicle to finish the service. I did not have another ½ day waste and I had already rearranged my schedule to repair the flat. I took the vehicle to a local service station and they removed a nail from the tire. When I returned to the dealer for the next scheduled service I mentioned my previous experience. The service people were evasive, bordering on rude, and stated the service manager was not available. I mentioned certifying work as complete which was not performed on a prepaid maintenance plan was very close to lying and thieving. This drew a blank look. The sales staff are polite when involved in the purchasing process; beyond that they may give you the time of day. The good news, so far, is it has been a good vehicle. More
