I received a call from Rocky at McGovern Honda regarding my concern and he offered to provide a free replacement cover part for the door handle. He scheduled the replacement for the next day, and the techni my concern and he offered to provide a free replacement cover part for the door handle. He scheduled the replacement for the next day, and the technician successfully replaced it in under an hour. Furthermore, Rocky followed up with me after the door handle cover replacement to ensure the processing went smoothly. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident as they promptly address issues without any hesitation. I wholeheartedly recommend this Honda dealer to anyone. More

I came into MCGOVERN HONDA OF BOSTON this morning with a nail in my tire and desperately needing an oil change Taylor in Sservice told me that it was very busy explained how long it may take and was very pl nail in my tire and desperately needing an oil change Taylor in Sservice told me that it was very busy explained how long it may take and was very pleasant. I never write reviews but these guys are the best! So I bought a 2014 certified preowned CRV back in 2015 with John Fitzpatrick. It was a real smooth experience and John was great! I don’t know much about bought a 2014 certified preowned CRV back in 2015 with John Fitzpatrick. It was a real smooth experience and John was great! I don’t know much about cars in general and he was very helpful answering my questions and getting all the paperwork done in a timely manner. It’s now 2020 and John still checks in to see how everything is going with the car. This week I had a problem with my car and I brought it to a shop near me. Turns out I needed a new drive shaft and it was going to cost me $3000 out of pocket! I called John right away and he set me up with Ryan Foley, who was going to see if I was covered under Honda warranty. In less than 30 min I was at the store and in 20 minutes they both managed to squeeze me in and get my car fixed. Ryan was nice enough to offer me a vehicle while mine was getting serviced. 2 hours later he called me to say the vehicle was done and it was covered! Happiest day ever! I really can’t stress enough how professional and helpful they were. It was really an overall stressful (for me) experience and they managed to help me out in a timely manner with no added stress. I highly recommend using their services if you have any issues with your Honda or if you just want to buy a new car! More
