Brand new Hyundai Santa Fe ! I came in and test drove 2 used vehicles. My salesman Johnny C helped me out of my 10 yr old suv, and put me in a 2017 Santa be ! My saleswomen, Erica was very helpful and courteous, I was trading my car because of health issues and no longer able to drive a standard. Car buying experience When we first came in to look at cars the first sales person that we dealt with didn't seem very knowledgeable on features, options, etc of the model When we first came in to look at cars the first sales person that we dealt with didn't seem very knowledgeable on features, options, etc of the model car we where interested in. We also wanted them to work up a price and get back to us to see what we would be looking at to do a possible deal, they never got back to us. It was a little disappointing. We came back at the end of that week to try again and worked with a different sales person, which was a much more pleasant experience. Gill was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable with helping us purchase our new 2016 Hyundai Sonata Sport. More

He was unaware that I was coming in, and in under three hours I was in a new vehicle and driving off the lot. He helped me with the Bluetooth, the navigation unit and explained how Sirius XM works. I ha no intention of using the Sirius XM feature but Johnny convinced me to give it a try. Next time someone I know needs a vehicle- I'll send them to Johnny C! More
