Bonnie was Great!! Bonnie took the time to show me all of the new features of my new car. She was very helpful and did not get frustrated when I didn't understand a cou Bonnie took the time to show me all of the new features of my new car. She was very helpful and did not get frustrated when I didn't understand a couple of things. However, I had issues with 2 other sales rep's that I initially dealt with. Both confirmed a trade-in value of my car, which I made my decision on. Then later retracted it and gave me $1,500 less. This did not make me happy and the rep offered nothing to satisfy me. I had to barter and squeeze a couple of Oil changes & shirt from him, but it did not cover the $1,500 loss. However, I am reviewing Bonnie here and she was wonderful. They still gave me a very good price on the car and I love the vehicle. More

I had recently been to other dealers who were pushy and tried to talk me into other options such as a pre-owned vehicle. Johnny respected our reasons for leasing and made the process easy. He made sure we were happy with the car and also explained everything to us. he sat in the car and showed us how everything worked and asked if we had any questions we said no, he said if we had any questions later on feel free to stop in and ask him at any time. He was very welcoming and made sure that we were happy with everything which we were! We also wanted a remote start which didn't come with the car so he called to have someone come out and put a remote start in our new car just so we were happy. It meant so much to go into a dealership and feel comfortable. He made sure he got us the best deal, and we left in an even better brand new car then what we thought we were going to get!
