After a little bit of back and forth with my trade in, she asked what payment we wanted to be at to make it work, and she made it work. She was a pleasure to work with. The financing part was a tad frustrating, because right before we took delivery the lease amount had changed to a higher amount, but the financing manager worked that out in our favor. All in all it was a great experience. We will probably be going back to see Megan for our next vehicle purchase in a few months! More

Worst non car buying experience This was by far the worst car buying or I should say non car buying experience I have had in over 50 years of car buying. We went on line and talked to the “internet” sales person who assured us he had the vehicle we were looking for and had a great price. He then called back the next morning before we started heading out to them saying the vehicle was “sold” last night but he could bring in another one for us in 1-3 days and needed a $500 deposit. He also mentioned he found it in black and grey colors. So we drove over later that day only to find out we did not deal with him (Mike Norwood) but rather another associate who was so into the sale she stopped listening to us. We never saw Mike again. We finally sat down to firm up the offer when yet another sales person came over to tell us we could not tow the vehicle (we were going to tow it behind our RV). We showed him the tow apparatus sold by two major towing (RV towing) companies with the untied mounted on this unit. He said “I guess I was wrong”. Before filing out the financial papers they came back and said that there was not another vehicle that that met our needs available anywhere in New England. This was after the internet Manager said he found two). So after wasting 3 hour of our time we left quite frustrated. They should have told us at the get go (before we even got there) that they could not get us “our “vehicle". Needless to say we found the vehicle (actually in the color we wanted) at another dealer 30 miles away. So why did they lie to us. I would NEVER step foot in their dealership again nor would I suggest anyone else does. Bob Konigsberg More

The way buying a new car should be... Easy! Started with email exchanges to multiple Hyundai dealers. Rte2 Hyundai presented the best deal right from the start. Visited, test drove, and then wor Started with email exchanges to multiple Hyundai dealers. Rte2 Hyundai presented the best deal right from the start. Visited, test drove, and then worked with great sales team member (Erica A.). She was very patient and put no pressure on us even through our painful decision making process on car color. Start to finish was an easy process. I would have given them 5-stars, but I have to with hold 1-star for two things, the 2nd of which is a bigger factor. (1) Car was not in perfect detailed shape when we picked it up. There was still signs of pollen and pine needles (though Erica did take the car immediately back to the garage for them to fix/clean most of it). (2) The dealers website doesn't show or provide a link to the finer details of some of the incentives. In particular one of the financing incentives indicates $500 cash incentive if financing at certain rates over term listed, but we didn't get the rate listed. When asked we were told if we get the rate listed we lose one of the other $500 manufacture bonuses. Somewhat false advertising if you ask me, its says nothing of the like on their dealer website. Checking with Hyunday-USA web site you can see the incentive details and basically its at the discrestion of dealer finance to decide if consumer gets the rate listed in the incentive. There is no matrix or table for the consumer to understand their potential financial obligation ahead of time. We expected 3.09% and ended up with 4.89%. We have outstanding credit. Cannot see any reasoning on how dealer/manufacture comes up with this result. Buyer beware of the offer and read the fine print (if you can find it LOL!) Overall though and besides that little snafu, I would give them a good-great experience and recommend them to others. More

But what really made our trip to Rt 2 Hyundai enjoyable with having the pleasure to do work with Johnny C. He was very informative and able to easily help us get the deal that worked for us. His professional and yet very personable attitude made the whole trip that much better. It was great meeting a car dealer who sincerely cared for the buyer and wanted to help us get the price that worked for us. She was very professional, knowledgeable and very patient while understanding my concerns between leasing vs buying and she worked very hard to make sure I had the car I was hoping to drive away in at an affordable price.
