This dealership is beautiful. I scheduled a test drive online the night before and was greeted by Fernando the next morning. We sat down and went over what I was looking for and he genuinely seemed to care about me as a customer. We took the test drive and he was very personable. When we got back to the dealership, we finished up and I worked with Gil in finance. Those two together were a dream to work with. I was in and out in a few hours. Zero pressure and they worked to get me the lowest monthly payments possible. I would highly recommend Fernando to anyone looking for a low pressure, easy to talk to salesman. More

This was the 4th trip for presumably the same engine service code (P0471). The first service visit I had used the vehicle blue link when the diagnostic warning occurred and gotten info that the error co service code (P0471). The first service visit I had used the vehicle blue link when the diagnostic warning occurred and gotten info that the error code was P0471. I made an appointment with McGovern directly but the engine service light went out before the service occurred-they replaced a sensor. The 2nd and 3rd they were unable to detect the cause, apparently because supposedly the vehicle didn’t store enough data about the error before the service engine light self-reset and McGovern was unable to get the vehicle in for service before that occurred. This last visit was just to read the code while the light was on (P0471)-another service appointment is coming to attempt to resolve everything. More
Just had my car serviced here and it took them 2 days to even call me about my car, every call I made went straight to voicemail. Zero communication the entire time, they had my car for a week for an ac tha even call me about my car, every call I made went straight to voicemail. I recently bought another Hyundai at McGovern’s in Leominster. This is my 4th Hyundai. This time my sales person was Stephan who helped me get the vehicle I wanted. At the start they only had a black Leominster. This is my 4th Hyundai. This time my sales person was Stephan who helped me get the vehicle I wanted. At the start they only had a black on grey that I settled for but my first choice would be black on black. On a Sunday, after already signing, Stephan called me and said “I got you a black on black” whoo hoo!!! He and the staff made it so easy though the transition of vehicles dealing with my insurance company, registration, paperwork, etc. I want to thank everyone there for their professionalism and courteous manners!
