Exceptional PEOPLE...and Dealership!! Exceptional experience. Based upon the actual definition of what I just stated ,"exceptional", translates into "unusual, not-typical, unusually good, Exceptional experience. Based upon the actual definition of what I just stated ,"exceptional", translates into "unusual, not-typical, unusually good, outstanding"---yet it can also define a single entity (i.e. Rte. 2 Hyundai) that is unique and one-of-a-kind, "The exception to the rule". That is precisely what Rte.2 Hyundai embodies. I feel it is unfair to base my review upon the Sales Team and the Mangers, why? Because, unlike every other car-buying experiences...at Rte.2 I was dealing with PEOPLE. They totally HUMANIZED the process of purchasing a car, and made it clear that their fundamental objective was to satisfy and satiate any/all needs or questions I possessed. The result was a relaxed transaction wherein COMMUNICATION was of paramount importance. MY SATISFACTION was clearly of equal importance to Rte. 2 as was my simply buying a "unit" off of their lot---and that say a lot about the PEOPLE of Rte. 2 Furthermore, when the transaction was completed, I sensed a GENUINE degree of excitement on the part of all the Rte. 2 PEOPLE who were engaged in the sale. In fact, the PEOPLE of Rte. 2 Hyundai----specifically Samantha Kelley, Jasper Chirco, Kevin Richardson, and Mikey Boccanfuso---were clearly as excited as I was. My rationale for focusing upon EXCEPTIONAL-PEOPLE-HUMAN-COMMUNICATION-SATISFACTION, is pretty simple...these are all attributes EXCLUSIVE to Rte 2 Hyundai, which ultimately makes purchasing a car from Rte 2, a total joy. It was truly REFRESHING to have the good fortune to meet all of the aforementioned PEOPLE at Rte 2, and buy a car from the Dealership. Roadie, the Santa Fe First, I hate car shopping! Most salesmen want to be your new best friend, I don’t need a new best friend, I need to buy a car. Brian wasn’t like that First, I hate car shopping! Most salesmen want to be your new best friend, I don’t need a new best friend, I need to buy a car. Brian wasn’t like that. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and had a sense of humor. If he didn’t know the answers to our questions, he found them quickly. We live and hour and a half away, when we went to look at the Santa Fe a second time and decided to buy it, Brian had the car detailed, buffed and touched-up as well as the paperwork done in less than an hour. Brian made this painful process much less so. Go see him if you need to buy a car. More

My Dodge Caliber 2009 is so amazing and different from everyone's and that's what I was going for .The customer service that Jasper showed us was incredible, he is such a great person to work with anytime .this is the first car that I have purchased through RT2 and I look forward to buying more in the future. Amazing Team! I went into RT2 Hyundai to service my 2012 Tucson that I previously bough from RT2 in 2012. Going in I wasn't expecting to purchase another car but wa I went into RT2 Hyundai to service my 2012 Tucson that I previously bough from RT2 in 2012. Going in I wasn't expecting to purchase another car but was just looking around to see what was out there. I worked with Jasper was able to get me into a brand new car that day within a few hours of being there. My new 2014 Tucson (Walking Dead Edition), is absolutely AMAZING.
